Hi There, I’m Will.


I’m an online health & fitness coach, with certifications in Nutritional Science, Training Methodology, & Client Assessment & Communication. I’m also working on becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

I only list those to show that at the very least, I’m not just some self-proclaimed “online guru.”

I know my stuff.

And while these types of certifications certainly provide credibility, they don’t truly show how I’m different than the over-saturated sea of “online coaches” out there.

At the end of the day, almost anyone can sit down for a few hours a day, study hard, and pass an exam.

For me, fasting is about more than just “skipping breakfast.” I’ll teach you to think of fasting as a swiss-army knife in your arsenal of healthy habits, not only using it to enhance your body composition, but to increase longevity, improve health at a metabolic & hormonal level, and to create a sustainable lifestyle.


My approach towards customization in ALL areas.

Everything from your fasting method, nutrition, and fitness program is completely tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle. This is a step WAY ABOVE your average “cookie-cutter” program that provides a quick PDF and your macros. No two clients have the same plan when coached by yours truly.


My philosophy when it comes to getting results.

I’m not about always finding the “quickest” or “easiest” solution.  If a six-pack or a toned butt are your goals, that’s fine – I can get you there. But in addition to changing how you look & feel, a big part of my focus as a coach is developing the long-term lifestyle and mindset changes that will continue to serve you – long after we stop working together.

Anyone can help you lose a few pounds. Real success is becoming a master of your own health – this takes time.

Every one of my clients receives 17-page PDF breaking down my coaching method, areas of focus and additional advice to ensure success during our time together. This includes a crash course on Intermittent Fasting (and how to master it), nutritional guidance & grocery list, healthy habit recommendations, and mindset shifts.

This is normally the only thing you’d receive with your standard online workout program, but with me, it’s just a taste of what’s yet to come during our time together.

Custom Training Plan via App

This is definitely not your standard PDF or generic cookie cutter plan. After our initial phone screening, I will develop a customized training plan based on your fitness level, lifestyle, and personal goals.

This will then be uploaded to the FastEatRepeat app where you can use your mobile device to track your workouts, see video examples of each exercise, and send all body measurements, weigh-ins, and progress photos from the convenience of your phone. Everything is tailored to make your workouts simple & effective.

Custom Macros via App

Using the FastEatRepeat app, I will make sure you’re receiving the necessary nutrition to ensure you’re performing at your best. This will be tailored to a diet and fasting method that fits your lifestyle, not the other way around.

While I believe learning to eat intuitively is a valuable skill, your macros (and meal plans by request) will allow you to determine what your body needs on a day-to-day basis.

Weekly Check-Ins

Each week, you’ll receive your check-in questionnaire. This will allow you to reflect and determine what areas you did you well in, and what areas still need some improvement.

Once completed, I will provide my own personal feedback, as well as answer any questions you may have. I also conduct 1 on 1 weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly coaching calls depending on your package.


It doesn’t matter who you are, your current schedule, where you live, or what struggles you’ve gone through in the past – we will find the path that gets you the results you’re looking for – this is my promise to you.
